How this is calculated

Each kit provides 180 actuations, 2 per day. Amounts are calculated for 100 daily exposures.

For each food: mg of powder = (target mg protein per daily exposure ÷ protein fraction) × 100 daily exposures

Glycerin: ml of 50% glycerin = 16 ml − total food powder in grams

Total food powder cannot exceed 7000 mg. Optional sodium fluoride is a fixed amount and is not included in the powder total or the glycerin calculation.

Example: 8 mg soy protein per daily exposure from a 40% protein powder → (8 ÷ 0.4) × 100 = 2000 mg soy powder, plus 16 − 2.0 = 14.0 milliliters (ml) glycerin.
